HYPATIA TRUST ROOM HIRE
We have a wonderful space here at The Hypatia Trust, with rooms to fit various purposes and capacity.
We’ve been hosting events for a long time and we’d love to hear from you if you’d like to book.

DAYTIME RATE (Monday - Friday between 10am and 5pm)
Rate per room (includes use of kitchen/toilet facilities/wifi). Staff member in building to open up/lock up.
Room types available & rates:
Room 1: Large room with projector & screen available £15 per hour (up to 30 seated, 45/50 standing)
Room 2: 'overspill' workroom space £12.50 per hour (3 work desk spaces or use as an extra circulation space)
Room 3: bookshop space - out of shop opening hours - £15 per hour (meeting space for up to 8 seated, 15 standing)
EVENING RATE between 5pm and 9pm (* & SATURDAYS please see below)
Rate per room (includes use of kitchen/toilet facilities/wifi). Staff member in building to open up/lock up.
Evening rate = £22 per hour for any room space. Room types detailed above.
* Although we would prefer bookings during the week due to our limited staffing, the occasional Saturday daytime is available to rent at £22 per hour.
PLEASE NOTE WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR ROOM BOOKING:
SET UP AND GET OUT TIMES
We allow 10 minutes either side of your booking time.
For example: if you book room use for 11am to 1pm you can arrive at 10.50am to set up and after you finish you can have until 1.10pm to get out without any extra charge.
However, if your get-out goes over the 10 minute free period we will charge you for an extra half hour on top of your room booking period.
Therefore please consider what amount of time you need for your get-in/get-out and book the time accordingly.
