Mary Charnley

started writing following her retirement. Since then she has had several short stories published, has completed her first novel and gained an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Lancaster. She has a particular interest in writing for well being and in encouraging children to write creatively outside of a prescriptive school setting. She is now writing a second novel.
